360phd exists because the PhD journey, especially for international students, can feel isolating and overwhelming. This platform was born from my own experience as an international PhD student at Georgia State University, where I completed my doctorate in 2026, navigating teaching anxieties, cultural transitions, and the profound question: “Is this really for me?”
